Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Criostal na Rinne uses DPD for all orders on the island of Ireland and Fedex for international deliveries. A tracking number will be provided on dispatch for all orders. Shipping costs cover all costs associated with fulfilling your order including the shipping fees and costs of packaging your items with attention and care for their journey to your address.

We will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs. In the event that a product is not available, we will contact you. 

Orders will be dispatched between Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Packages may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
